Hi, I'm Melvin Vermeer. Yes, just like the famous Dutch painter! We even come from the same part of South Holland, although there's a few centuries between us.
I've been a professional voice actor for more than 20 years, bringing scripts to life for brands, agencies and production companies around the world, including Ferrari, Apple, KLM and Amazon. I record commercials, corporate films, documentaries, e-learning and more in native Dutch and English with a neutral European accent.
For me, a great sounding recording isn't simply about reading the words. It's about understanding what they need to do, finding the warmth, pace and performance that makes them connect with the audience.
